Ford Transit Caliper Mk6 Mk7 Front Right OEM 1553793

Ford Transit caliper description

This used Ford Transit caliper fits the front right brake position in the listed Mk6 and Mk7 applications. Its OEM reference is 1553793. Moreover, the description identifies this unit as an original Ford OE component for braking system repairs. The stated location is on the front axle, on the vehicle’s right side.

First, confirm which caliper you need to replace. This helps avoid selecting a component for the opposite side while preparing the repair.

Ford Transit caliper compatibility

The supplied application covers Ford Transit Mk6 and Mk7 models. However, confirm this reference against your vehicle’s specific configuration. Send the VIN before purchasing to check the application.

Also, compare the OEM number and visible details with your installed caliper. Use the front right position without assuming that it always means the driver’s side. Therefore, rely on the stated physical location when comparing the components. If questions remain, send photographs of your existing part and request clarification before ordering.
